My name is Matt Johnson, and I’m that guy you may have seen taking photos at political events around Omaha metro area. I have been following politics for many years, and between a very purple District 2 in Nebraska and an early primary state like Iowa, we get to see our share of politicians — particularly those running for President. I started covering them back in 2015, taking pictures, meeting and greeting, and trying to get an understanding of both the candidates and their supporters. I have been collecting all these encounters here, along with many of the other political players I’ve met along the way.
